There’s been so much prep getting ready for this show. At church this past Sunday, Spirit gave me a little nudge to shine my light front and center!
I was unexpectedly asked to sing the soprano solo in “Pie Jesu” with our church choir.
Hitting some of those opera notes was a departure from my Americana style, and my heart opened up to those high notes! It felt so amazing—like I was flying high and soaring as one with Spirit.

You know when you are “in the moment” and lose yourself, being one with the universe?
It’s like what Paulo Coelho said in “The Alchemist” —when we believe in something with all of our heart, the universe conspires to meet us there.
Well, Pastor Wayne must have felt it too, he was so moved that he asked me to share about the show to our church community. Words can’t describe the gratitude I have for his kindness and all of the support from the congregation.
I am a firm believer in paying it forward. Part of my bigger plan has always been to share my calling and purpose with as many as I can.
